ABOUT OLSON ARBITRATION
Jon Olson is an attorney with over 25 years of legal experience. He began his career at a Minneapolis law firm, advising clients on various commercial transactions and litigation, but he has spent most of his career working as a corporate attorney for a multinational news and business information company. During his corporate career, he has served as a business unit general counsel, helped product development and marketing departments navigate applicable laws and regulations, led legal due diligence for several multi-million-dollar acquisitions, and successfully managed and resolved many commercial disputes and litigations.
Mr. Olson began pursuing his interest in alternative dispute resolution in 2005, and since then he has conducted over XXX arbitrations, including single arbitrator, panel, and documents-only hearings. He is highly qualified to handle a broad range of commercial disputes, and he has especially strong subject matter expertise in the areas of real estate disclosure and automobile warranty (lemon law) cases.
