All communications relating to open or pending matters must be directed to the case administrator, as I do not discuss matters before, during or following the arbitration hearing. I cannot hear a case when I have discussed the matter with one of the parties, e.g. Do not contact me about a case that will be submitted through NCDS or BBB. I cannot serve as the arbitrator if I have had contact with them.
